Lingap Kapulisan continues in more regions

Lingap Kapulisan continued its back-to-back turnovers of hygiene facilities for regional police offices throughout the month of August.

The PNP Officers Ladies Club, Soroptimist International of Kaagapay (SI) and Manila Water Foundation (MWF) inaugurated multi-faucet hand hygiene facilities at Camp Gov. Marcelo A. Adduru Headquarters in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan and Camp Captain Julian Olivas Headquarters in San Fernando City, Pampanga on August 27. MWF also handed over 100 hygiene kits with P&G Safeguard soap bars to each of the camps to complement the use of the hand hygiene facility and encourage the habit of proper handwashing. The police officers also reviewed the 7 Steps of Proper Handwashing and the 5 Critical Times for Handwashing.

The events were graced by PNP OLC Adviser Lally Eleazar, Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PBGEN Valeriano De Leon and MWF Program Operations Manager Nix Hipolito in San Fernando City, and Police Regional Office 2 Deputy Regional Director PBGEN Edgar Cacayan, PRO2 OLC Adviser Jonah Marie Bayting, PRO2 OLC President Leah Sabaldica and MWF Executive Director Reginald Andal, in Tuguegarao City.

The PNP OLCSoroptimist International of Kaagapay (SI) and Manila Water Foundation (MWF) also turned over multi-faucet hand hygiene facilities at Camp Sergio Osmeña Sr. Headquarters in Cebu City on September 2, and at Camp BGen Oscar M. Florendo in San Fernando City, La Union on August 27. MWF also handed over 100 hygiene kits with P&G Safeguard soap bars to each of the camps to complement the use of the hand hygiene facility and encourage the habit of proper handwashing. The police officers also reviewed the 7 Steps of Proper Handwashing and the 5 Critical Times for Handwashing.

The events were graced by Police Regional Office 1 Regional Director PBGEN Emmanuel Peralta and Mrs. Leah Peralta in San Fernando City, La Union and Police Regional Office 7 Regional Chief of Staff PCOL Noel Flores, MWF Program Manager Jubail Pasia, and MWF Program Operations Manager Nix Hipolito in Cebu City.
