The facilities aim to encourage children to practice good hygiene habits that will help them grow into confident and healthy individuals. Intended to be used by 86 child residents, the facilities are located at the Village's playground and the basketball court to reiterate the importance of washing hands especially after playing. During the inauguration ceremony of the facilities, MWF taught the seven steps to proper handwashing and toothbrushing through its Health in Our Hands program and provided hygiene kits to complement their learning.
